Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't been packed. Orders are packed within a few hours, so contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we'll do our best.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open your account to see each order's status. The courier also calls or texts on the day of delivery.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account saves your address and keeps your order history in one place.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days anywhere in Nepal. Express delivery inside Kathmandu Valley arrives the next working day if you order before 2 pm.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is Rs. 150, and free on orders over Rs. 5,000. Express delivery is Rs. 350. See delivery and returns for details.
Do you deliver outside Nepal?
Not yet. If you're abroad, message us and we'll let you know when international delivery starts.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You can return or exchange unworn pieces with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
How do I exchange a size?
Bring it to the store with your order number, or message us and we'll arrange a courier pickup. Exchanges are free.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 working days of the return reaching us, to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to your eSewa or Khalti wallet.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists the fit, and our size guide has body measurements in centimetres and inches. If you're between sizes, take the larger one.
Do your clothes shrink?
Our cotton is pre-shrunk. Wool can shrink in hot water or a tumble dryer, so follow the care label and wash it cool.

Which payment methods do you accept?
eSewa, Khalti, Visa and Mastercard cards, and cash on delivery anywhere we deliver.
Do you have discount codes?

Care
How should I wash wool?
Air wool between wears and wash it rarely. When you do, hand wash in cold water with a wool detergent and dry flat. Read more in our fabric notes.
Do you repair Halden pieces?
Yes. Bring them to the store. Small repairs like buttons and seams are free for the first year.
